In the dining kitchen there is a large range style cooker with double oven, plate warmer, 4 gas rings, a wok burner, and a hot plate.

A stylish retro fridge freezer is also provided. 

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.

If you choose to eat in the dining kitchen rather than on the roof terrace, there is farmhouse dining table with comfortable seating for six under the glow of the fishermans lamp.

The living room has a two high quality comfortable leather sofas. 

For music lovers there is a good quality music system.

Unwind whilst watching a movie on the LCD flatscreen television and DVD player.

There is a real coal fire to stoke up for those cosy evenings after a day spent beach combing or walking in the stunning scenery around Bay.

Cliff Royd sleeps 6 in comfort in 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have Kingsize beds and full en-suite facilities. The third bedroom has twin beds.

All bedrooms have flat screen LCD televisions with inbuilt DVD players.

All bedding and towels are supplied in high quality Egyptian cotton.
