Cliff Royd is literally a few steps from the beach whilst also being in the heart of the village and therefore convenient for the excellent restaurants, public houses and local shops.  There are sea views from EVERY window.

   Excellent satellite reception in living room but poor reception in bedrooms due to cottage location.
